Hello friends!

It has been a hot minute, I missed you all so much! Life has been so insane lately, and I feel like it just gets busier and busier. We all think once we graduate college and get jobs that life will turn normal, LOL not! I wouldn’t have it any other way though. Between my full time marketing job, coaching cheer on the side, small groups, and being social, time truly gets away from me. I always tell myself we only have so much time to do what we love, socialize with the people we love, and enjoy the things we are passionate about, so why not do it all? Don’t forget to take a little time for yourself though. Speaking of taking time for ourselves, personal hygiene is so important during the busy times, due to stress and lack of time.

This is where Smile Brilliant saves the day! I have actually never used an electronic toothbrush before, so when I got this one in the mail I was intrigued. I never knew the difference between a normal toothbrush and an electric one either, after my first use my teeth were scary smooth! On the plus side, there are FIVE brushing modes, they really did that! Each brushing mode is designed for two minute uses, with a pause between every thirty-seconds, this lets you know when to move to a different part of the mouth. I have found this super helpful, especially when I am in a rush. Brushing for the proper amount of time is so important!

I have been using my cariPRO for a few weeks now and I can tell a huge difference between using a regular toothbrush and an electric one. Smoother smile, fresher mouth, all of the cleaner feels! The cariPRO comes with two brush heads, so they can be switched out when needed. The toothbrush also comes with a charger, just pop your brush right on to the charger base when needed, and all done! Who knew brushing your teeth could be enjoyable?
