Nordstrom Sale 2020
Friends! It’s one of my favorite sales of the year! This is only my second year shopping the sale and sharing my wish list – and BOY is it a good one. As of today (8/4) I do not have access to actually shop the sale, but will by August 19. Nordstrom cardmembers can shop on August 13! I don’t have a Nordstrom card, but I may pull the trigger and get one in the future. I shop on Nordstrom Rack more than Nordstrom usually, both are amazing! I love the Nordstrom sale because it gets me SO excited for fall. I am not a huge fan of Alabama summer heat, and fall + winter fashion is my favorite kind of styling to do anyways!
So a little bit of info about the sale – the items that go on sale usually only do so once a year. When the sale ends, the items will go back to normal/full price, so grab them while you can! The sale items are mostly fall/winter fashion etc, we are just lucky enough for them to go on sale before the season actually starts! Here are some of my favorites, some things I bought last year, and some things that I plan to buy when I can shop the sale August 19! This is also a great opportunity to snag some Christmas gifts for your special someone, family, and friends. Hope my sister isn’t reading this… 😉
Note that some of these items may be sold out, but keep checking back because Nordstrom has been restocking them pretty often! Card holders got early access to the sale, that is why some things are already sold out.
First, we’ll cover accessories! Felt hats are a statement for fall and make any outfit look super cute. This hat is perfect for fall and is less than $40 during the NSale! I am planning to snag one of these Free People bralettes’, in silver – so it matches a lot! Less than $30 during the NSale, steal! Shop felt hat here. Shop FP Bralette here.
My favorite part: SHOES! I will say, the shoes I am sharing are a little pricey at normal price, but they rarely go on sale and they are truly good finds, so now is the time to snag them! There are some really good booties on sale during the NSale – I want them all! I love the chunky heel trend, they are comfortable, and not too high of a heel to dress how you want! I also found a few really good pair of white sneakers that honestly look designer, sneakers for my man, and a pair of slippers that I plan to wear around the house for the rest of the year!

Tops! I love all the sweaters, I am basically a sweater collector (I thank my sister for my obsession). My goal for the last few years has been to share affordable sweaters, last fall I took a ten day trip out of the country and wanted sweaters for every day of the trip (it was chilllyyyy). Finding affordable sweaters and cold weather tops was fun, and you guys really seemed to love them all too! I did find a Barefoot Dreams cardigan and a pink sweater with super fun sleeves that is a really good price. I have a Barefoot Dreams blanket that I live for, I can’t wait to snag the cardigan! I also linked a cardi coat that is adorable for late fall and winter, and is only $45!

Bottoms! I am a sucker for the Spanx faux leather leggings, luckily I got them last year during the NSale because they are normally $98. I wear them SO much during the fall and winter, they are a staple piece! This year I am trying the Nordstrom $28 faux leather leggings just to add to my leggings collection because you can never have too many. I am excited to try them and let you all know what I think! I read that they are thicker and have a soft interior so they will be perfect for colder weather. I am grabbing these olive joggers that I think I can pull off for a day in the office with some cute booties this fall as well.

As soon as my NSale items get delivered I will do a try on – head over to my IG (@lindsayrroberts) and stay tuned! I hope you all snag some of these amazing pieces for fall and winter while they are on sale!
xoxo
