Last Ski with the Bride-To-Be

My girls threw the BEST bachelorette trip a gal could dream of pre-wedding! I knew I wanted to go somewhere different, as I have been on so many fun bachelorette trips to different places. It was early December and cold, so where do you take a group of 12 girls? The MOUNTAINS! My best friend and sister went above and beyond on this trip, I am so lucky! We decided to make a whole trip out of it and Jake had his bachelor trip the same weekend with all his guys, in the mountains too!

We went to Sugar Mountain, NC and loved it so much. Sugar Mountain is the cutest little town with lots to do aside from visiting the ski resorts! There are so many cabins to rent in the area and most of them are super nice. We had the BEST weekend! Our bachelorette trip itinerary is below, along with all the fun photos from the weekend! 100000% recommend a mountain Bach trip, ladies!

We first visited the ski resort in Sugar Mountain (@skisugar) and had so much fun. We all started on the beginner slope first, some of us made it to the next few levels up and harder/steeper slopes. If you want a good laugh, go watch my story highlight on Instagram titled Sugar Man, NC! You will laugh out loud…. I also posted a reel from the weekend that shows the decor and our stay. The girls picked out the most adorable Bach decorations for the trip and even incorporated a little Sex And The City vibes (they know me well). We visited Beech Mountain’s resort the next day. It’s a little different and has a super cute brewery and snow tubes you can ride down as a group. Tubing was probably our most fun group activity because they let us all go down together! We had a BLAST doing it.

I recommend searching for cabins on VRBO if you’re looking for a place to stay in Sugar Mountain! There are so many to choose from located in convenient locations. Our cabin had 5 bedrooms, tons of space and a hot tub on the deck with a gorgeous view of the mountains.
